Therapists, physicians, researchers, and other mental health professionals in a wide variety of clinical settings are discovering the healing power of audio therapy. Combining the principles of Quantum Harmonics™ audio therapy with the benefits of meditation, this approach provides an all-natural, drug-free, and clinically-tested tool for the treatment of sleep disorders, as well as depression and other behavioral health problems.

In this study at The Renfrew Center in Coconut Creek, FL — a pioneer and leader in the treatment of eating disorders — a group of female adolescent residents were instructed to listen to the 60-minute Delta Sleep audio therapy program nightly at bedtime and to repeat it if they awoke overnight. Residents recorded their symptom levels on daily Symptom Intensity Scale (SIS) Forms, each completing at least 14 days of reports.

Improvement was rapid and dramatic. Over 14 days, Trouble Getting to Sleep decreased by 78.5% and Trouble Staying Asleep decreased by 86%.

No matter where subjects started with their symptom levels, the graphs showed a similarity of steady symptom decline — and significantly, without a return to pre-treatment levels. Quality sleep enabled patients to participate fully in their recovery, reducing irritability and inability to concentrate during therapy and important activities.

Everything You Need to Know

Answers to common questions about WellAudio
and your listening experience.

WellAudio is a premium audio wellness app built on over 20 years of clinical research into sound and the brain. Using brainwave entrainment technology developed under the Theracoustic™ protocol, WellAudio delivers scientifically engineered audio sessions designed to guide your brain into specific mental states: Sleep, Focus, Relax, and Energize, on demand.

Yes. WellAudio Pro subscribers can download sessions directly to their device for offline listening. Your full library travels with you, no internet required.

Headphones are strongly recommended for binaural beat sessions, as the effect requires each ear to receive a slightly different frequency. For isochronic tone sessions, speakers work fine.

WellAudio is available as a free download on the App Store for iPhone and iPad, and on Google Play for Android devices. A web player is also available for desktop users at wellaudio.com. Simply download the app, create a free account, and start listening immediately.

Regular music is designed to sound good. WellAudio is designed to produce a measurable neurological response. But the difference goes deeper than the science. It goes into how every session is actually made.

Every track is composed and produced by Rod Slane, a sound designer and audio therapist with decades of experience in therapeutic audio and brainwave entrainment. Each session is built by hand around a specific neurological target, with every frequency relationship, harmonic layer, and entrainment element placed deliberately and purposefully. There is absolutely no artificial intelligence involved in the production of any WellAudio session.

Most wellness audio on the market today is AI generated, licensed from stock libraries, or produced quickly to fill a catalog. WellAudio is none of those things. The music takes time to make because it has to. The entrainment structures embedded in each session require precision that only a human ear and decades of expertise can achieve. What you hear is the result of that craft, and your brain responds to it accordingly.
