How WellAudio music is made

Behind Every Session.

Every WellAudio session is composed by Rod Slane and refined using carefully engineered audio techniques rooted in nearly two decades of professional experience. Every session is crafted by hand, never generated by AI, and mastered to deliver an immersive listening experience.

Our Mission.

Our mission is to make clinically informed audio therapy accessible to everyone. For over two decades, this technology has existed in clinical and therapeutic settings, available only to those with access to specialized care. WellAudio brings it to your headphones, giving anyone the tools to sleep better, reduce stress, sharpen focus, and feel more energized, whenever they need it.

Our Studies
WellAudio app

20+ years of advancing therapeutic audio.

WellAudio is the newest chapter in a body of work that began with Theracoustic, evolving through decades of research, clinical use, and audio development into the app you have today.

2004

The Foundation

Rod Slane develops the Quantum Harmonics™ methodology, drawing inspiration from the pioneering binaural beat research of Dr. Gerald Oster and the principles of vibrational medicine introduced by Dr. Richard Gerber.

2005 – 2006

Clinical Evaluation

Early testing begins at the Miami VA Medical Center, where the technology is evaluated for its potential to help veterans experiencing PTSD, stress, and anxiety.

2007

Guided Audio Programs

The first guided therapeutic audio sessions are introduced, combining immersive sound with evidence based neurolinguistic programming techniques to support relaxation and positive behavioral change.

2008

Vibroacoustic Innovation

Development of the multi channel Vibracoustic™ system enables precise delivery of therapeutic frequencies to targeted areas of the body, expanding treatment possibilities.

2009 – 2010

Supporting Active Military

The technology is implemented at the U.S. Army Combat Support Hospital in Tikrit, Iraq. Clinical outcomes reported a 97% improvement in mood states among participating soldiers following treatment sessions.

2011 – 2014

Precision Therapy

A proprietary control platform is developed to deliver highly accurate frequency programming while integrating synchronized chromatherapy for a more immersive therapeutic experience.

2025 – Present

WellAudio

Built on more than two decades of research, development, and clinical experience, WellAudio brings these therapeutic audio technologies to headphones and everyday listening, making professional grade wellness sessions available wherever life takes you.

Regular music is designed to sound good. WellAudio is designed to produce a measurable neurological response, and the difference goes deeper than the science. It comes down to how each session is made.

Every track is composed by Rod Slane, a sound designer and audio therapist with over two decades of experience in therapeutic audio and brainwave entrainment. Each session is built around a specific neurological target, with every frequency relationship and harmonic layer placed by hand and with purpose. No AI. No stock audio.

The precision required to make entrainment work can't be rushed or replicated by automation. What you hear is the result of that craft, and your brain responds to it accordingly.
