Methodology

Methodology

30-day daily self-administration of Quantum Harmonic Stress Therapy (Chill program) with EEG measurements on Day 1, Day 15, and Day 30 to track brainwave entrainment patterns over time. A 10-minute control period prior to each session established alert baseline.

Key Findings

  • Measurable shift from alert state (Alpha and Beta waves) to restorative state (Theta and Delta waves)

  • Progressive entrainment of subject's brain over time demonstrated in EEG timelines

  • Clear difference between Day 1 and Day 30 showing increased brain response

  • 10-minute control period consistently showed alert subject; treatment effects began at 10-minute mark

  • Progressively longer periods of restorative state in subsequent EEGs

  • Validation of brainwave entrainment technology and hemispheric synchronization

Clinical Results

EEG study provides scientific validation of brainwave entrainment effects, demonstrating measurable neurological changes with progressive improvement in the brain's response to audio therapy over time.

Full Study

This EEG study used to demonstrate brainwave response to the Quantum Harmonic Stress Therapy (Chill program) was conducted at the clinical offices of Life Transformations in San Luis Obispo, CA between January 1, 2010 and March 31, 2010.

Subjects were recruited to participate and agreed to self-administer the Chill program daily for 30 days, presenting at the Life Transformation offices to receive an EEG on Day 1, approximately Day 15, and Day 30.

On Day 1, the session began with an alert state dominated by Alpha and Beta waves. A 10-minute control period prior to start clearly showed an alert subject; treatment effects began at the 10-minute mark.

By Day 15, more pronounced transitions to restorative/restive sleep states (Theta and Delta waves) were measured, with increased responsiveness to the audio therapy.

On Day 30, a significant and sustained restorative state was achieved. The clear difference between Day 1 and Day 30 demonstrates the progressive entrainment of the subject's brain over time — showing increased effectiveness with continued use.

The study provides scientific validation of brainwave entrainment effects, demonstrating measurable neurological changes and progressive improvement in the brain's response to audio therapy over time.

Research disclosure. The studies referenced on this page were conducted under Theracoustic™, a trading name of the same company and team behind WellAudio, using the same underlying audio therapy technology and methodology. WellAudio is a new consumer product built on this foundation. These studies were carried out prior to the launch of WellAudio and were not performed using this application specifically. Results reflect outcomes from clinical and institutional settings and may not be representative of individual consumer use.

Everything You Need to Know

Answers to common questions about WellAudio
and your listening experience.

WellAudio is a premium audio wellness app built on over 20 years of clinical research into sound and the brain. Using brainwave entrainment technology developed under the Theracoustic™ protocol, WellAudio delivers scientifically engineered audio sessions designed to guide your brain into specific mental states: Sleep, Focus, Relax, and Energize, on demand.

Yes. WellAudio Pro subscribers can download sessions directly to their device for offline listening. Your full library travels with you, no internet required.

Headphones are strongly recommended for binaural beat sessions, as the effect requires each ear to receive a slightly different frequency. For isochronic tone sessions, speakers work fine.

WellAudio is available as a free download on the App Store for iPhone and iPad, and on Google Play for Android devices. A web player is also available for desktop users at wellaudio.com. Simply download the app, create a free account, and start listening immediately.

Regular music is designed to sound good. WellAudio is designed to produce a measurable neurological response. But the difference goes deeper than the science. It goes into how every session is actually made.

Every track is composed and produced by Rod Slane, a sound designer and audio therapist with decades of experience in therapeutic audio and brainwave entrainment. Each session is built by hand around a specific neurological target, with every frequency relationship, harmonic layer, and entrainment element placed deliberately and purposefully. There is absolutely no artificial intelligence involved in the production of any WellAudio session.

Most wellness audio on the market today is AI generated, licensed from stock libraries, or produced quickly to fill a catalog. WellAudio is none of those things. The music takes time to make because it has to. The entrainment structures embedded in each session require precision that only a human ear and decades of expertise can achieve. What you hear is the result of that craft, and your brain responds to it accordingly.
